Time flies...I'm almost almost there now...just awaiting the day when Steffi decides to make her appearance to us!!! In a way, we can't wait to see her and welcome her into our family!!! : )
Initial reaction of this pregnancy was that of a little apprehension on my end....but as time goes by....I thank God everyday for blessing us with this precious gift!!!
The past 2 mths have been much tougher than the 1st and 2nd trimester I would say. But no matter what, I consider myself blessed becoz I didn't really suffer much of the morning sickness during the 1st trimester. And the 2nd trimester was also pretty easy. It's the 3rd trimester, when the tummy gets bigger and heavier....so I can't see my toes anymore whenever I look down at my feet....the backaches come every day....toilet breaks get more and more frequent....walking more gets tiring.....gets difficult to find a comfortable sleeping position.......etc.etc.etc.....BUT....I believe what everyone tells me.....that it will all be worth it the moment you get to cradle the little angel in your arms.....
For now, I'm just playing the waiting game....and will continue to pray everyday for baby Steffi (like my beloved Christy and Sara would call their little mei mei) to be healthy upon arrival.
