Just got back from gynae check. The moment I stepped into the clinic, the nurse asked me with a wide and comforting smile..."still no news??? she's still comfortable in there???"
Indeed!!! Steffi still seems comfortable in my tummy. Asked the gynae if she was engaged yet and he replied that her head is already half down...sounds like half engaged to me....not sure! :) Well, Steffi's original EDD was 22 Oct (which is my mum's bday!)...but in the recent month, gynae said it's looking to be like mid Oct. So we're secretly hoping that she will pop on 14 Oct, i.e. this Sun, coz it's her Daddy's bday that day!!!
Just in 7 days, Steffi has put on another approx. 200g. She was 2.75kg last Thur and today she is 2.98kg. I'm quite happy and relieved at the rate she is growing...coz as all of u know, I'm quite tiny myself and some pple say I eat like a bird....just a few grains of rice each meal, and so, I was quite skeptical on her size at birth. Anyhow...Thank God that she's growing fine! Probably will be at least 3kg at birth!
While I still can, I will continue posting updates whenever possible. As some of you requested...here's a pic of me looking slightly preggie...:)
And here's the famous words from my gynae..."If I don't see u in the labour ward, then I will see u in a week's time!!!" :)
Till then...still patiently awaiting my princess's arrival (^_^)
