Hmm....it's the 10th day of waiting now. Still no news of my little princess wanting to meet the world yet. Some frens say...the King's birthday has now passed, she must be waiting for the Queen's Mother's birthday on 22nd Oct. :)
I have been receiving sms's, emails, msn's....all wondering when is the day. I too, am wondering when is THE day!!! :) Thank you all for the well wishes...and sharing in my anticipation...and excitement!!! Justin now (for a change *grin*),...calls several times a day too, to check on my status...and he's extremely sensitive and alert whenever I climb out of bed every nite for the countless toilet visits...just as he was during the 1st few weeks of the pregnancy. Father-to-be is obviously excited too! :)
The confinement lady tells me that it's always better that the baby is born nearer to full term coz the baby will be bigger and easier to take care of. That is probably true...but my worry is that, the bigger she grows in my tummy now, the more difficult it will be for me to push her out, bearing in mind my petite physique...heehee...
My very experienced sister keeps telling me to eat more so that I will have the strength to push! I have also been hearing horror stories of pushing for hours and in the end, still end up with c-section coz mother has no more strength to push! And of course, the best advice from my mum....PRAY....PRAY....and PRAY!!! YES...that is what I do everyday!!!
Oh well, tomorrow is the gynae check...so let's see what Dr. Lee says then...
